A chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2008, residential development specialist Vincent works closely with clients including Ithra Dubai to deliver a full suite of pre and post contract Commercial Management services for projects of national significance.
Aslam joined Omnium in 2007 and has established particular expertise in high-rise residential developments, together with delivery of exceptional Commercial Management services on multiple projects within Dubai, including the Dubai Mall, Burj Vista luxury residential development, and Atlantis The Royal.
Aslam played a fundamental role in the successful delivery of DMCC’s Uptown Tower, leading a multidisciplinary team of Cost Consultants and Commercial Managers and working closely with DMCC to manage the full scope of pre and post contract services
