At Omnium, you’ll work alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and other construction professionals, getting involved in real projects from the start. You’ll have the chance to learn from people who know the industry, take on responsibility as you develop and see first-hand how some of the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider region’s biggest projects come together.
Whether you’re a graduate, undergraduate or school leaver, we’ll give you the support and experience you need to get started in Quantity Surveying, Project Management or another career within construction.

At Omnium, you’ll have the chance to work on projects with an international outlook from early in your career. Our teams work across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK and beyond, giving you exposure to different markets, clients and ways of working.
As you gain experience, there are opportunities to get involved in international projects, work with colleagues in different offices and, where the opportunity arises, take your career to a new location.

From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and other construction professionals who can help you learn, build your confidence and develop your career.
You’ll get plenty of opportunities to learn on the job, take on more responsibility and work towards professional qualifications. With support from experienced mentors and our RICS-accredited assessors, you’ll have people around you to guide you along the way.
As you gain experience, you’ll build the technical, commercial and project skills you need to progress — whether that’s towards becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, an experienced Project Manager or wherever your career takes you.
We know there’s more to life than work. Starting your career is important, but so are your friends, family, interests and everything you enjoy outside the office.

A career in Quantity Surveying or Project Management can take you in all sorts of directions. You might discover a particular sector you enjoy, develop a specialism or find yourself managing major projects and teams further down the line.
