The health and all-round wellbeing of our people worldwide is a priority for Omnium International. Nurturing a team that is both mentally and physically well, Omnium invests in professional, in-house mental health, nutrition, community and wellness support delivered under our ‘Omni-Well’ initiative to help everyone, at every level, feel at their best.
From health checks, diet and personalised nutritional advice, to the promotion of international awareness events that put important causes in the spotlight, and the recognition of cultural and religious events that are important to our diverse communities, Omni-Well is focused on every aspect of our peoples’ wellbeing.
The importance of community is also celebrated under Omnium’s Omni-Well initiative, including charitable and community events that draw our teams together, raise awareness of the needs of others, and provide valuable, much-needed support through financial and other contributions.

Recognising the events that are important to our people, Omni-Well celebrates cultural & religious occasions from Diwali & Eid al Adha to Onam & Easter.
Dietary & nutritional advice, support & recommendations are delivered in-house, 1-2-1, by Omni-Well so our people access expert help that’s tailored to them.
