Omnium’s London team was appointed by our premium residential developer client to deliver pre and post contract Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying services to 1-10 Railway Mews. Initial cost planning work has been completed and the project is progressing to contract tender. Working alongside our client’s appointed architect and other consultants, Omnium’s local branch office Cost Consultant specialists, based in the City, have supported the design and pre contract phases of this development, which will create homes featuring roomy living spaces, outdoor terraces and premium interiors in line with our client’s luxurious vision.
Led by Charlie Harris, Omnium’s UK Director of Quantity Surveying based at our London branch office, our in-house team of Cost Consultants and Commercial Managers has applied its industry-leading understanding, skills and expertise in the development of prime residential properties during the initial phases of 1-10 Railway Mews. Establishing excellent working partnerships, strong communication channels and utilising significant experience gained internationally on residential villa, townhouse and apartment projects, including bespoke developments in premium London postcodes, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Portugal, Omnium’s specialist cost planning, procurement and contract management expertise is set to deliver excellent added value as 1-10 Railway Mews progresses.
