The Brief

Omnium’s London team was appointed by our private residential occupier client to deliver Pre and Post Contract Cost Consultancy services on a full refurbishment, redevelopment and luxurious internal fit-out of its Kensington Mews home. With a project scope which included a full strip out of the property, a basement dig and development to create additional, highly desirable living space, and a high-end refurbishment and finish, our team’s complete, hands-on skills were utilised to deliver our client’s immaculate new home on time and on budget.
