Appointed by our property developer client, Omnium’s London team delivered full Pre and Post Contract Cost Consultancy, Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to this boutique mews development in central London. Creating two new-build homes, this project commenced with the demolition of existing, run-down buildings behind a retained façade, before two new buildings, each comprising 1,050sqm of high-end living space, were constructed. Notably, the project also included the dig and construction of a two-story basement to each property, creating comfortable living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and roof terraces.
