The Brief

Omnium’s regional Dubai branch team, based only a short drive from the Stella Maris site, was appointed by Scope Investment to deliver post contract Commercial Management expertise to this outstanding addition to Dubai Marina. Services from our strength-in-depth, experienced Cost Consultants and Commercial Managers, including contract preparation and administration, costs monitoring, variations and final account settlement, brought the project to completion on time and to budget, working in close partnership with our client and its appointed consultants both on site and at our Dubai branch office to establish good communication channels and an excellent understanding of our client’s development goals, backed by unmatched knowledge of the Dubai construction market.
