Omnium was appointed by Emaar Properties to deliver Pre and Post Contract Cost Consultancy and QS services to Sky View, extending our scope of work to encompass the Address Sky View Residences and associated amenities. With a luxury specification, this project dovetailed with our substantial hospitality portfolio in Downtown Dubai and benefited from our close relationship with our client, enabling us to efficiently complete the Address Sky View Residences in line with Emaar’s vision and expectations for the overall development. Comprising approximately 166 keys, the Address Residences at Sky View were finished to a premium standard using materials of the highest quality, making Sky View a highly desirable destination and valuable address in Downtown Dubai.
Led by Associate Director Jason Basha, our Sky View services extended to a dedicated on site team of 6 Quantity Surveyors during the Contract Management phase, supported by readily-accessible Cost Planning and additional expertise from our large regional Dubai branch office. A deep understanding of Emaar’s hospitality projects and bespoke Address brand specifications, together with seamless integration into the Downtown Dubai master plan, brought the Address Sky View Residences to life with efficient budget control and value engineering techniques that maintained our client’s trademark commitment to quality throughout. Omnium is proud to add the Address Sky View Residences to our hospitality portfolio, demonstrating our expertise in handling world-leading projects without compromise on finish.
