The Brief

Already firmly established at Dubai Hills Estate in our role as Executive QS across the whole master plan development, Omnium was appointed in 2018 to deliver pre and post contract Cost Consultancy and QS services to all 3 phases of Collective. Comprising the development of two towers, each of 16 floors, plus podium and ground floor retail areas, outdoor communal spaces, leisure facilities including a dedicated pool area and landscaping, Collective was to be developed in line with Dubai Hills Estate’s modern and sustainable values, connecting residents with their surroundings and providing the highest standards of amenities and facilities for a youthful, professional and creative audience. Based on site at Dubai Hills Estate, our Director-led Omnium team enjoys exceptional residential sector and tower development experience in Dubai, and ease of access to our Cost Planning team, based at our large regional Dubai branch office, ensures efficiently-managed QS services delivered in tune with our client’s unique project vision and commercial interests.
