Omnium was appointed by our client to deliver professional Project Management and Cost Management services to Kempinski Residences The Creek, expertly managing the project’s multiple stakeholders and budget to bring this luxurious development to completion on schedule and in line with the Kempinski brand’s exceptional quality standards. Experienced Project Managers and Cost Managers worked closely alongside our client and its appointed contractors from our Dubai branch office and on site, proactively managing change and implementing strategic value engineering to add value without compromise on finish.
