The Brief

Based just a few minutes away from Palm Jumeirah, Omnium’s regional Dubai branch team was appointed by major developer Nakheel to deliver Commercial Management and Cost Consultancy services to Como Residences. Utilising extensive knowledge and experience in the development of high-rise luxury residential and hospitality developments to support our client and its contractors and consultants through to completion, Omnium’s scope of services includes contract preparation and administration, costs monitoring, variations and final account settlement. Establishing excellent understanding of our client’s vision for Como Residences, our team supports Como Residences both on site and from our branch office as construction of residences, including apartments ranging from 2 bedrooms to 7-bedroom penthouses, continues.
