The Brief

Omnium’s City of London-based UK branch team was appointed by our private, high net worth client to fully refurbish this 2-bedroom, 150m2 mews property at Bridstow Place. A valuable investment in a highly sought-after area, our client was looking to achieve a high-end, luxurious yet welcoming finish that would appeal to a broad market. Omnium International delivered full Pre and Post Contract Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to this project, working in close partnership with our client and its appointed consultants and contractors to create a stylish and comfortable home that maximises light, space and practical features.
