Omnium’s London branch team was honoured to support the restoration and refurbishment of this super-prime property in Belgravia. Working in close partnership with our client and its consultants, this project achieved meticulous design standards, strict budget controls and quality excellence, preserving the home’s bespoke architectural characteristics.

The Brief

Centrally located in the City of London, Omnium’s UK branch team was appointed by our high net worth client to deliver full Pre and Post Contract Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying services on its comprehensive restoration and refurbishment of this exquisite property. With unparalleled expertise in the construction, development and refurbishment of premium homes, villas, townhouses and luxury hospitality destinations worldwide, and establishing strong communication channels with our client’s other appointed consultants to aid project management, Omnium International brought strength-in-depth specialism to this unique project, which encompassed a full strip-out of the property followed by a stylish restoration and refurbishment sympathetic to the home’s Grade II-listed features.

Led by Charlie Harris, our UK Director of Quantity Surveying, Omnium’s delivery of this complete home refurbishment was backed by years of international experience in super-prime residential developments, working with high net worth individuals and leading developer clients to create valuable, and highly-desirable, homes. Our London-based Cost Consultancy, Commercial Management and QS team managed every aspect of our client’s project in-house, working in close partnership with other consultants to ensure the client’s vision remained central to our work. Completion of this Grade II-listed refurbishment in Belgravia, London, was achieved on budget, on time to meet our client’s timescales, and with attention to detail that ensured no compromise on exemplary finish standards.
