Herdade do Pinheirinho, Portugal

Acquired by VIC Properties in 2020, the Herdade do Pinheirinho, or Pinheirinho Estate, is a 400-hectare site in Melides, near Comporta on Portugal’s western Atlantic coast. Offering excellent development potential, Herdade do Pinheirinho benefits from direct access to the stunning stretch of Pinheirinho beach, and is home to what will become a 27-hole golf course developed by Jorge Santana da Silva. VIC Properties is transforming Pinheirinho, located around 1.5hrs from Lisbon, into a luxury tourist destination to feature hotels, branded residences, villas and apartments, as well as leisure, retail, wellness, beach club and dining facilities in a master plan that makes the most of the area’s natural surroundings.

The development of Herdade do Pinheirinho is an exciting milestone for the tourism sector in Portugal, creating a highly-desirable resort that carries broad appeal and makes the most of the region’s spectacular natural landscape. Applying Omnium’s partnership-led Cost and Project Management services, together with our sustainability and hospitality expertise, our team looks forward to bringing Pinheirinho to the market.
