Omnium’s regional Portuguese team, based in central Lisbon just a short drive from Aroeira, was appointed to deliver Pre and Post Contract Commercial Management and Cost Consultancy services to Aroeira’s new luxurious hotel. Supporting our developer client, Omnium’s hands-on team managed the project budget, construction, fit-out and landscaping aspects of this development with a strong understanding throughout of our client’s modern, boutique-style vision for the finished aparthotel. With over 60 rooms, the aparthotel offers excellent restaurants, bars, swimming pool and beach club facilities as well as direct access to prime golf courses throughout the region.

Working in close partnership with our client, its architect and appointed consultants, and with a local base making for ease of access to the project site during construction, Omnium managed the project budget and schedule efficiently in order to deliver this desirable aparthotel to cost without compromise on finish standards.
