Based in the centre of Lisbon, Omnium’s regional Portuguese branch office team was appointed to deliver Pre and Post Contract Commercial Management and Cost Consultancy services to our developer client, managing the construction and fit-out aspects of the project in order to prepare the hotel for opening during 2024. In keeping with the operator’s boutique hospitality brand, the hotel is elegantly finished, making the most of sea views from bedroom balconies together with sleek indoor and outdoor pool facilities and a fully-equipped spa and fitness centre. Establishing excellent working partnerships with our client and its appointed consultants, Omnium’s skilled branch team in Portugal benefits from years of regional experience, continuing to bring well-known hospitality brands to the market.
