Omnium was appointed by our premium real estate developer client to deliver Pre and Post Contract Cost Consultancy, Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to Springs – At the Els Club, its latest development of 78 exclusive villas and townhouses in Vilamoura. Offering excellent access to the Els Club Vilamoura’s leading private golf course, stunning coastline and local commercial centres, this premium residential development meets consistent demand for quality holiday accommodation, incorporating contemporary designs, luxurious finishes and a layout that encourages a sense of privacy, peace and community. Properties include three and four-bedroom villas, and two and three-bedroom duplexes, benefiting throughout from private terraces and pools, landscaping and concierge services, as well as access to the site’s Country Club restaurant, gym, spa and pool.
