Infrastructure-specific Commercial Management, Cost Consultancy and Project Management expertise is critical to much of Omnium International’s portfolio, providing the essential digital connectivity, services, utilities and amenities needed to support complex master plan developments, residential, retail, hospitality, commercial and many other projects.
From major roads, bridges and tunnels, to striking walkways, heating and cooling systems, power supply and public realm, Omnium’s Commercial Management services for digital and community infrastructure projects are delivered in close working partnership with our developer clients, contractors and consultants, together with our in-house specialists across other sectors.
Working with clients including major developers, architects and public bodies, Omnium’s independent Commercial Managers, Cost Consultants and Project Managers support infrastructure projects with niche expertise gained worldwide on major developments including Downtown Dubai, Saudi Arabian giga-projects including AMAALA, NEOM and AlUla, and Abu Dhabi’s AlJurf.
Led in particular by our UK team, and backed by unique benchmarking systems developed in-house that closely analyse current markets, decarbonisation projects feature ever-more prominently in Omnium’s portfolio, encompassing major changes to both existing buildings and master plan infrastructure systems that prioritise sustainability in the built environment.
Infrastructure specialist Alex has gained considerable experience across notable projects including Downtown Dubai’s Zabeel Expansion, Yas Island’s Noya residential scheme in Abu Dhabi, and Expo 2020’s signature Pavilions.
Alex leads delivery of Omnium’s services to complex, mixed-use developments and infrastructure projects, working closely alongside developer and government clients such as National Projects Office, Department of Municipalities & Transport, ALDAR Properties and Eagle Hills.
