The Brief

Omnium’s Dubai Hills Estate team was delighted to work alongside our client to deliver the Dubai Hills Golf Club, which creates an attractive green, open space for Dubai Hills Estate complemented by exceptional fitness, leisure and dining facilities. Attracting new visitors, and placing Dubai firmly onto golf’s world stage, Dubai Hills Golf Club provides much-needed relaxation and encourages healthy lifestyles for its members, guests and residents of Dubai Hills Estate. Since 2016, Omnium has been responsible for Cost Consultancy and QS services on many developments across Dubai Hills Estate, whilst also managing the master plan budget itself as Executive QS, working on site with our client. Our large regional Dubai branch office, incorporating one of the region’s largest Cost Planning teams, and our Director-led infrastructure and leisure sector expertise which has already delivered packages of work including Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Hills Central Park, provided complete support to the site team throughout pre and post contract phases.
