Awards season arrived across the construction industry in the GCC towards the end of 2025, and Omnium International and Omnium Resolve were thrilled to once again receive recognition for the work we deliver, for the contributions our people make to the sector, and for the initiatives our business implement to prepare our people for lifelong careers.
Scott joined Omnium Resolve in 2023 as a Claims Analyst, applying his previous QS experience to become a trusted advisor to our clients in the handling of construction claims and contract services.
Now a Senior Consultant with the Resolve team, Scott was recognised by Construction Week Middle East as a rising star in the industry for his growing reputation, excellent relationships, and his continued drive to further his own skills.

Civil engineer Hiba joined Omnium Resolve as a Claims Analyst in 2022, progressing since then to her current role as a Senior Consultant with our boutique dispute resolution and claims management practice.
A champion of women in construction and a voice of young professionals navigating the construction industry, Hiba now specialises in contracts, claims and dispute resolution and was recognised by Middle East Consultant for her client relationships, service excellence, and the impact she continues to make throughout Omnium and in the wider sector to back women and young people in construction careers.
This is the second time Omnium International has been recognised by Middle East Consultant as Company of the Year, an achievement that signifies the impact our business makes not only in the delivery of our services but in the role we play as an employer.
