Como Residences, The Palm
Offering premium waterfront living, the cosmopolitan-styled Como Residences on Palm Jumeirah will comprise leisure, family and business facilities and amenities which aim to enhance quality of life for residents and visitors alike.
Omnium will deliver Cost Consultancy services to Nakheel on Como Residences, utilising our extensive knowledge and experience in the Cost and Commercial Management of high-rise luxury residential and hospitality developments such as this to support Nakheel and its appointed contractors and consultants through to completion.

Palm Jebel Ali
Twice the size of Palm Jumeirah, and encompassed in a master plan approved by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Palm Jebel Ali is set to add around 110km to Dubai’s coastline in a prestigious project which will become home to over 80 hotels and resorts.
Omnium International has been appointed by Nakheel to deliver Commercial Management services to Palm Jebel Ali. Honoured to be a part of this project team, we look forward to utilising rich complex master plan experience and understanding to drive this development forward in line with our client’s budget and vision.
