Based at our office in the City of London, Omnium’s UK branch team was appointed by our high net worth private client to deliver comprehensive Pre and Post Contract Commercial Management, Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to a full refurbishment and renovation of their 20,000ft2 mansion in Weybridge. With experience gained worldwide in the construction, development and refurbishment of ultra-premium residences and hospitality, both across London, the south east and further afield, and working closely alongside our client and their other appointed consultants, Omnium efficiently managed this full strip out and stylish fit out of our client’s Surrey mansion, together with extensive landscaping of the property’s grounds, in line with our client’s vision and budget.
Led by Charlie Harris, our Operations Director (UK South), Omnium’s management of this Surrey mansion refurbishment project delivered a modern, comfortable and luxurious home, and beautifully landscaped gardens, for our private client and their family.
