The Brief

Based at our office in the City of London, Omnium’s UK branch team was appointed by our high net worth private client and its representatives to deliver full Pre and Post Contract Commercial Management, Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to this comprehensive strip out, refurbishment and fit out of a penthouse apartment property in Mayfair. Creating contemporary, spacious and functional living accommodation, including bedroom suites and a high-end, open kitchen and dining area, and making the most of the penthouse’s views across London, Omnium worked closely alongside our client and its other appointed consultants to gain a deep understanding of their vision for the project, enabling us to project manage a sympathetic and stylish refurbishment in an historic building.

With an unmatched approach to partnership working, strong communication and effective collaboration between project teams, our London-based Cost Consultancy, Commercial Management and QS team managed each aspect of the brief in-house to deliver this super-prime property with outstanding attention to detail, quality finishes throughout, and careful budget control.
