The Brief

Based in the City of London, and with extensive experience in the conversion, refurbishment and redevelopment of listed building residences for high net worth private clients, Omnium’s UK branch team was appointed to manage a full strip out, refurbishment and fit-out program of works at our client’s elegant Ennismore Gardens home in London. Delivery of Pre and Post Contract Project Management and Quantity Surveying services by our experienced consultants was backed by significant expertise in premium residential and luxury hospitality development gained on appointments both within London and worldwide, aiding the seamless management of this refurbishment to create stylish accommodation that adds value, comfort and amenity to this spacious home.

Led by UK Director of Quantity Surveying Charlie Harris, the renovation was sympathetic to the fabric of this Grade II-listed property and the highly-desirable local area, applying unique cost benchmarking techniques, skilled contracts negotiation and procurement, and collaborative project management for an ultra-premium finish that met our client’s design, finish and budget expectations in line with its identified timescales.
