The Brief

Based in the City of London, and with extensive experience in the conversion, refurbishment and redevelopment of listed building residences for high net worth private clients, Omnium’s UK branch team was appointed to manage a full strip out, refurbishment and fit-out program of works at our client’s elegant Ennismore Gardens home in London. Delivery of Pre and Post Contract Project Management and Quantity Surveying services by our experienced consultants was backed by significant expertise in premium residential and luxury hospitality development gained on appointments both within London and worldwide, aiding the seamless management of this refurbishment to create stylish accommodation that adds value, comfort and amenity to this spacious home.
