Providing essential services to Emaar Beachfront, our client’s exclusive new residential waterfront community in Dubai, the District Cooling Plant & Chilled Water Network is integral to the development, maintaining the comfort of its residents through skillful planning and engineering. Emaar Beachfront is situated in the heart of Dubai Harbour, the region’s new maritime and leisure district, and comprises a unique style of seaside living inspired by Miami and similar resorts. A premium residential master plan comprising 27 residential towers, Emaar Beachfront brings a new and different concept to the market, appealing to professionals and visitors and supported by quality facilities.
Central to the success of a development such as Beachfront is the reliability of its infrastructure. Omnium’s technical expertise and close collaborative working will allow for a completed DCP delivery of the highest standard.
Appointed in 2019, Omnium is delighted to be working closely with Emaar at the outset of this exciting new development to provide valuable Cost Consultancy and QS expertise on Emaar Beachfront’s infrastructure. Utilizing unique benchmarking techniques during pre contract phases, and continuing to manage the package of work to completion with specialist Contracts Management, our team’s complete suite of skills, backed by considerable infrastructure sector expertise, ensures efficiency and consistent project management for this DCP which on completion will serve a master plan development incorporating a 13,000 sq.m. retail mall and 10,000 residential units.
