The ambitious Atlantis The Royal hotel and residences on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, has cemented its place on Dubai’s iconic skyline. Omnium’s Dubai branch brought decades of luxury hospitality experience gained in the region to Atlantis The Royal, delivering specialist commercial and contract consultancy services alongside our client, its architect and contractors. Comprising private gardens, over 90 swimming pools, cantilevered pools and structures, a vast sky bridge and 43 storeys, Omnium utilised our team’s versatile hospitality and infrastructure expertise, together with extensive knowledge of sustainable, LEED-accredited development in the GCC region, to progress construction of Atlantis The Royal while maintaining budget efficiencies, achieving the client’s world-class destination vision.

Hospitality specialist Paul is a highly-experienced and skilled Commercial Manager with almost 30 years’ industry experience gained through his global work in regions including the Middle East, Maldives, Seychelles and North Africa.
Having established excellent hotel, resort and leisure expertise, Paul has efficiently led the development of sites including Madinat Jumeirah, Bab Al Shams and The Address Hotel Downtown Dubai, before moving onto KSA schemes including Diriyah Square, Neom International Airport and The Line.
