Four Seasons Hotel, Jeddah Tower

Situated on floors 19-27 of Saudi Arabia’s iconic Jeddah Tower, on its completion the 5-star Four Seasons Hotel will become one of the country’s most luxurious hotels. Guests will enjoy exceptional views, fine dining and world-class Arabic hospitality in the comfort of the world’s new tallest building, currently slated to stretch to 252 stories. Delivering 200 new keys for Jeddah, and part of the centrepiece of Jeddah Economic City, the Four Seasons will offer a unique hotel and premium serviced apartments to support Saudi Arabia’s focus on economic diversification and the Kingdom’s move towards Vision 2030.

The Brief

Omnium is pleased to be appointed to deliver full post contract quantity surveying services on the fit-out of the Four Seasons. Comprising a gross internal floor area of 44,990m², the hotel and apartments will be completed to the highest standard and contracts managed proactively, whilst our team’s expertise maintains commercial efficiency backed by Omnium’s years’ of leisure and hospitality experience.
