Omnium was appointed by Emaar Hospitality Group to deliver Post Contract Cost Consultancy and QS services on the Vida Beach Resort project. Benefiting from significant understanding of hospitality developments throughout the UAE and wider GCC region, and with particular knowledge of Emaar’s expectations for its Vida brand resorts, our niche team delivered comprehensive Contracts Management services which brought the Umm Al Quwain hotel to its completion through effective budget management, accessible on site QS expertise and efficient management of contractor appointments, variations and final account.
