Omnium was appointed by Emaar Hospitality Group to deliver Pre and Post Contract Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying services to Vida Jeddah Gate Hotel and Residences. A 14-storey tower offers 202 hotel keys, whilst the neighbouring 25-storey tower contains 162 serviced residences ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, and 71 to 213 sq. m. in size.
