The Brief

Led by Branch Director Pedro Esteves, Omnium’s Lisbon-based team is appointed to deliver Cost Consultancy to Sutaya’s development of new, premium apartments. Designed by experienced Portuguese architects Promontorio, Sutaya comprises 16 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, each benefiting from a private pool, underground garaging, smart home technologies, and outdoor spaces that make the most of the development’s peaceful setting alongside lakes and fairways. Residents and visitors will also enjoy exclusive access to Sutaya’s gym and communal pool, San Lorenzo Golf Course membership, good regional transport links, and local coastal walks that combine contemporary style with the Algarve’s natural beauty.
