Our Omnium International team was delighted to attend the 4th BIM Summit in October 2019, focusing on the innovation in BIM (Building Information Modeling) technologies and how BIM systems are applied to increase efficiency and accuracy across cities and infrastructure networks.

With technology advancements including augmented reality, machine learning and AI, there was plenty on the agenda for the Summit as the industry looks to implement BIM much more widely going forward.
Our team hosted an exhibition stand and attended the event with our Managing Director Nicholas Harris and leading QS team members, providing delegates with expert insight into how BIM is utilised in our cost consultancy work, adding an exceptional level of detail and accuracy to projects for continued added value. Our team also enjoyed the learning opportunities presented by the Summit, with CPD delivered as part of the day.
