Omnium’s large Dubai office team, undertakes complete Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying services on both individual development packages and across the master plan itself as the project’s Executive QS. Enjoying excellent understanding of Dubai Hills Estate and the vision and expectations of our client, we were delighted to be appointed by Emaar to Dubai Hills Mall. Delivering both pre and post contract phases, and supported by our our large regional Dubai branch office, our team has employed tried and tested benchmarking techniques to ensure efficiencies across the Mall development. With exceptional skills in retail gained through our work on projects including the Dubai Mall and Dubai Marina Mall, Omnium is committed to delivering an attractive and enduring Mall experience for residents and visitors.
Operations Director Mark Allen has carried overall responsibility for Omnium’s team at Dubai Hills Mall since our initial appointment. As the development has expanded, Omnium continues to maintain exceptional levels of communication with all project teams, ensuring consistency in our standards of service throughout all elements. Supporting Dubai Hills Mall, our team of highly experienced QS’ and Cost Planners worked closely with Emaar and other project stakeholders to deliver budget efficiency alongside excellent commercial management, protecting the interests of our client to bring to life this exciting retail, entertainment and leisure complex that creates new employment and economic opportunities for Dubai.
