Appointed by Emaar Properties, Omnium has delivered a full suite of Pre and Post Contract Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying services to The Hills. Comprising four linked properties in total, two buildings of 12 and 15 storeys feature one, two and three bedroom apartments, whilst the new 160-room Vida Hotel and 136 Vida serviced apartments complement the low-rise style of the development. Managed on site in close partnership with our client and other stakeholders, and supported by our local Dubai head office, Omnium’s Cost Planning, Contracts Management and Quantity Surveying expertise has delivered the project efficiently throughout.
