Having established considerable experience in the renovation, refurbishment and redevelopment of residential properties in central London, Omnium’s City of London-based team was appointed by our high net worth private client to manage a full strip out, refurbishment and fit out of its spacious apartment in Trevor Square, Knightsbridge. Pre and Post Contract Project Management and Quantity Surveying services were delivered by our in-house team, aiding seamless project management through close collaboration and excellent working relationships with our client and its appointed contractors. Now a contemporary and stylish space, our client’s apartment is an attractive home and investment to add to its extensive portfolio.
