Palm Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE

With expanded scope and an exciting master plan comprising hotels, residences, villas, commercial spaces and holiday resorts, Palm Jebel Ali is twice the size of the internationally-renowned Palm Jumeirah and will add 110km to Dubai’s coastline, 91km of which are set to be beaches. A key contributor to Dubai’s Urban Master Plan 2040, Palm Jebel Ali will eventually become home to 80 hotels and resorts, as well as villas across 16 “fronds” and facilities including beach clubs, family resorts and recreational areas, wellness and sports facilities, a yacht club and promenades. This ambitious project will create a thriving new district to the south of Dubai, designed to embrace the outdoors in a tranquil atmosphere whilst offering contemporary, highly sought-after accommodation for residents, visitors and investors.
