About the role

Our fast-growing Project Management division is looking to add a driven and innovative Design Manager to their Dubai team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first class Design Management services for medium to large scale buildings projects across the UAE, client interface and leading all design-related activities throughout the 360-cycle of the project(s).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage all design related matters of assigned projects(s) / programme.
  • To understand the Client’s vision and formulate a clear brief of design-related deliverables for consultants and contractors.
  • Ensuring design management remains consistent throughout all project stages.
  • Ensuring the design management function is aligned with other PMC units.
  • Monitoring, reviewing and progress reporting on the project’s design progress.
