Omnium was appointed by Emaar Properties to deliver Pre and Post Contract Cost Consultancy and QS services to Sky View, extending our scope of work to encompass the Address Sky View Hotel & Residences and associated amenities. With a luxury specification, this project dovetailed with our substantial hospitality portfolio in Downtown Dubai and benefited from our close relationship with our client, enabling us to efficiently complete the Address Sky View Hotel & Residences in line with Emaar’s vision and expectations for the overall development. Containing 166 hotel rooms for hospitality brand The Address, the 260m-tall Sky View is also home to 531 serviced apartments and finished to a premium standard using materials of the highest quality, making Sky View a highly desirable destination and valuable address in Downtown Dubai.

A deep understanding of Emaar’s hospitality projects and bespoke Address brand specifications, together with seamless integration into the Downtown Dubai master plan, brought the Address Sky View Hotel & Residences to life with efficient budget control and value engineering techniques that maintained our client’s trademark commitment to quality throughout.
