With a façade designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, Emaar’s Burj Vista development in Downtown Dubai offers premium-quality residences with uninterrupted views of the Burj Khalifa, as well as direct, covered access to the Dubai Mall and the Metro. Burj Vista comprises two towers, one tall and one mid-height, each constructed above a two-storey podium featuring a walk-through mall and opening onto Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard.

Omnium’s expert team, led by residential sector director Kieran Duckworth, was appointed by Emaar Properties to provide full pre- and post-contract services. From pre-concept cost-planning through to pre-tender estimate and full post-contract administration, our highly experienced quantity surveyors, based on site and supported by Head Office, have worked on the project alongside our client and its other consultants since 2013, benefiting from our significant understanding of the whole Downtown Dubai master plan development.
Our in-depth knowledge of the residential sector, particularly in the UAE, has enabled us to contribute a high level of added-value expertise to the Burj Vista project. During pre-contract, our team revised entirely the project’s costings, introducing a new procurement strategy which allowed the development to meet the client’s budget management and feasibility criteria. This value-added approach strengthened further our relationship with the client, allowing Emaar and investors in the project to benefit from our industry expertise and strong head office Cost Planning team.
