Omnium is delighted to have been appointed in 2016 by our client Emaar Properties to deliver cost and contract services on the full master plan for Dubai Creek Harbour. A richly diverse project scope, work to be undertaken includes waterside marina and island elements as well as residential, hospitality and retail developments and The Tower itself. Having partnered with Emaar on projects as significant as Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa, our Gulf-based team’s expertise has been utilised from the outset, and now supporting the project in a complete Executive QS capacity we look forward to continuing to support Dubai Creek Harbour throughout pre- and post-contract phases, managing cost and contractual aspects as the project moves forward.
Led by Managing Director Nicholas Harris, our team on Dubai Creek Harbour has grown as the project develops onsite and as our role has widened to encompass full Executive QS management. With extensive, expert cost planning and advice, we are proud to have supported Emaar during the initial concept, cost and appointment phases of this exceptional development; The Tower’s pile foundations were completed in Spring 2017, and residential projects including Creek Heights and Harbour Gate are already attracting interest. Our large team, headquartered close to Dubai Creek Harbour, will work closely with Emaar onsite to ensure good project progression, regular communication and effective budget management throughout the build of what promises to be an outstanding new community in Dubai.
