Since 2016, Omnium has been responsible for Cost Consultancy and QS services on many developments across Dubai Hills Estate, whilst also managing the master plan budget itself as Executive QS, working on site with our client. Our locally-based Head Office, incorporating one of the region’s largest Cost Planning teams, and our Director-led infrastructure and leisure sector expertise which has already delivered packages of work including Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Hills Central Park, provided complete support to the site team throughout pre and post contract phases.
