Appointed to deliver full pre- and post-contract QS services, Omnium is proud to work alongside Ithra Dubai on One Za’abeel. One Za’abeel is an important project for the emirate and one which will lead the Government’s drive towards sustainable development, with a key focus of our work on achieving LEED accreditation. Encompassing unique features, One Za’abeel and Ithra Dubai benefit from Omnium’s rich expertise in managing large-scale and super-tall developments throughout the region.
Omnium’s onsite team, led by Branch Director Fernando Freitas, works closely alongside Ithra Dubai in order to deliver this significant project. Cost planning expertise and benchmarking undertaken at an early stage of our appointment contributed significantly towards effective value engineering, adding exceptional value to the project and allowing for efficient cost management which has involved the market throughout. With the team supported by our nearby head office, Omnium has also been able to review insurances, bonds and other documentation for One Za’abeel, delivering full QS and contract management services that will create a sustainable, attractive and unique development in central Dubai.
