Omnium’s Dubai-headquartered team, led by Associate Director Fernando Freitas, was appointed by our client Ithra to provide Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy services to approximately 80% of Phase One of its mixed-use Deira Waterfront Development. Our team is delighted to be involved in this key development, which forms the cornerstone of crucial regeneration to Deira and which will create attractive, urban living spaces on the Creek waterfront. With important focus on efficient commercial management, Omnium’s cost consultancy experience on residential projects such as this will professionally support our client throughout the delivery of this scheme.
