Omnium was appointed by Emaar Hospitality Group to deliver Post Contract Cost Consultancy and QS services on the Vida Beach Resort project. Benefiting from significant understanding of hospitality developments throughout the UAE and wider GCC region, and with particular knowledge of Emaar’s expectations for its Vida brand resorts, our niche team delivered comprehensive Contracts Management services which brought the Umm Al Quwain hotel to its completion through effective budget management, accessible on site QS expertise and efficient management of contractor appointments, variations and final account.
Omnium’s project team, led by Director Kieran Duckworth, is delighted to have successfully delivered Vida Beach Resort for our client. Now fully operational, the hotel is a chic yet understated addition to the Umm Al Quwain coastline, occupying a prime location which afforded our team excellent access throughout its development. As ever, Omnium’s efficient Contracts Management and specialist value engineering techniques were complemented by close collaboration and our unique approach to establishing lasting partnerships, ensuring effective communication between consultants and stakeholders which at all times kept the commitment of our client to quality central to project delivery.
