One of the first major hotels in Dubai’s Marina district, the striking 5* The Address Dubai Marina opened in 2009 and complements Emaar Hospitality Group’s growing ‘The Address Hotels + Resorts’ brand which now features a portfolio of hotels across Dubai and with planned expansion into Europe, Asia and the wider Middle East. Omnium’s relationships with Emaar, already firmly established through the development of the Dubai Marina itself, and expertise in the hospitality sector enabled us to contribute considerable added value to this hotel project.
The Address Dubai Marina, together with the development of the Marina Mall, has created an outstanding destination in the Marina area. Omnium is pleased to continue to support Emaar on forthcoming Address developments across the Emirate, reinforcing what is already a strong hospitality brand.
Omnium’s onsite team, supported by Dubai branch office and led by director Kieran Duckworth who enjoys years’ of experience in the UAE’s hospitality sector, was appointed to deliver full pre- and post-contract services to The Address Dubai Marina, including pre-concept cost planning through to pre-tender estimate, procurement, management of variations and completion of Final Account. Following completion, The Address has added accommodation including 200 premium-specification rooms, five restaurants, spa and events facilities to the rapidly-expanding Marina area.

Joining Omnium in 2008, Kieran brought with him experience in large retail, education and industrial projects together with high rise commercial and residential projects from the UK. He leads teams on projects central to Dubai’s landscape, working closely with clients such as Emaar Properties.
