Omnium’s Lisbon branch was appointed to deliver Pre and Post Contract Cost Consultancy, Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to our client, the brand operator of 5* luxury hotels and residences, during the development of its newest destination in the city. This latest addition to the premium hospitality market in Portugal creates a luxurious welcome with exceptional dining, health, wellness and relaxation facilities that complement our client’s range of hotel rooms and suites.
