The Brief

Omnium’s London team was appointed by our private developer client to deliver concept and feasibility Cost Consultancy services for this project, preparing a fully-costed refurbishment and redevelopment proposal of this mixed-use property in Hammersmith and supporting the planning application process prior to its entering the market for sale. Successfully achieving planning consent for a new build, 5-storey scheme, the development comprises a 40-bed hotel to upper storeys, and pub/restaurant premises to the ground and basement floors. Having progressed the application to RIBA stage 4, the development is now ready for construction.
