Sitting on a prime 11 million sqm site at the intersection of Al Khail Road and Umm Suqeim Street, the Dubai Hills Mall officially opened to the public in Q1 2022.
Once open, visitors were able to appreciate the design features of the spacious and airy Mall. Centred on a European ‘streets and squares’ style, a large glass atrium floods the Mall with natural light, while walkways and open areas house greenery and rest areas to soften the building’s aesthetic.
With the retail sector on the rise in the UAE post-pandemic, Dubai Hills Mall is home to leading global retail brands including Michael Kors, Karl Lagerfeld, Zara, H&M and Sephora, as well as F&B choices including Laduree, Wagamama, Pinkberry and a number of sushi restaurants. Together with exciting leisure facilities, Dubai Hills Mall is an appealing destination for families in the region.
Serving the Dubai Hills Estate communities, as well as visitors from across Dubai and those in other local communities such as Arabian Ranches and Al Barsha South, the new 2-storey mall comprises around 2 million sqft gross lettable area and has been developed under a joint venture between UAE development heavyweights Emaar and Meraas.
Offering over 650 retail and F&B outlets, together with leisure, grocery and healthcare facilities, the Mall is an integral part of the luxurious Dubai Hills Estate and a focal point for the master plan’s residents and visitors.
