Based full time on the Deira Waterfront Development site, residential development specialist Vincent works closely with Ithra Dubai to deliver a full suite of pre and post contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy services to Phase One of this mixed-use development. A project of national significance, the Deira Waterfront Development will regenerate one of Dubai’s oldest communities and add much-desired, future-focused accommodation, leisure and retail to this historic community.

With Omnium since 2016 and managing a growing on-site team, throughout his career Vincent has supported clients with Commercial Management services on projects in the UAE, KSA, UK, Malaysia and Brunei, across sectors including residential, hospitality, healthcare, cultural, retail and prisons.

A chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2008, Vincent mentors APC candidates and is committed to ensuring the continual development of our Omnium team.
