Terry has been closely involved in supporting clients on significant developments such as the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall, Atlantis The Royal and One Za’abeel, and leads the provision of our pre and post contract Commercial Management and Cost Consultancy services for Ithra Dubai and Nakheel, coordinating teams and ensuring consistency of advice and service levels.

Widely regarded as a contracts specialist, Terry expertly prepares bespoke construction contracts and agreements for the delivery and management of unprecedented projects, including Expo 2020’s Sustainability and Mobility Pavilions and Dubai Global Connect.
