Enjoying over 35 years’ QS experience in Europe, Asia, North Africa and the Middle East, Terry’s involvement in developments worldwide has enabled him to establish lasting, high-level relationships with major clients, including governments and institutional developers.

Terry has been closely involved in supporting clients on major developments such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall, and leads the provision of all of our pre and post contract QS services for Ithra Dubai, coordinating teams and ensuring consistency of advice and service levels.

Terry is currently Project Director for the iconic One Za’abeel and the Deira Waterfront Development, and is widely regarded in the region as a contracts preparation specialist.
