With over 25 years’ experience, Richard is an exceptional communicator and negotiator, liaising effectively with all stakeholders to deliver projects in line with development objectives, whilst adding substantial value through efficient budget management.

A versatile member of the team, Richard joined Omnium in 2017 and since then has delivered a full suite of commercial management services to high profile projects including Expo 2020 Pavilions, Stella Maris, and high-rise residential buildings on the Palm Jumeirah.

Richard started his career in the UK before relocating to Dubai, thriving in the GCC’s fast-paced industry as he worked on projects spanning oil and gas, hospitality, infrastructure, mixed-use, and both high- and low-rise residential sectors.
